Billing Policy
How we invoice, what happens at renewal, and how to change or cancel your plan.
Last updated: July 14, 2026
Billing is currently handled manually
We have not yet switched on automated card checkout. Right now we accept and process all billing manually: you tell us the plan you want, we send you an invoice with payment instructions, and we activate your plan on your account once payment is received. Nothing is charged automatically, and no card details are stored on our systems.
To get started on a paid plan, email sales@flowpera.com or use our contact page.
1.Overview
This Billing Policy explains how we charge for Flowpera, what you can expect at each stage, and how to change or cancel your plan. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Refunds are covered separately in our Refund Policy.
2.How billing works today
Flowpera does not currently have an automated payment provider connected. All billing is accepted and processed manually by our team. In practice, this means:
- You tell us what you want. Contact us with the plan and billing period you would like.
- We send you an invoice. It sets out the plan, the amount, any applicable tax, and how to pay.
- You pay using the instructions provided. Payment is made directly, not through a checkout page on our site.
- We activate your plan. Once payment clears, we apply the plan to your account and your new limits take effect immediately.
- We contact you before each renewal. Nothing recurring is charged automatically — you will always be invoiced and given the chance to continue or stop.
Because we handle this by hand, activation is not instant. We aim to process invoices and activations within one business day.
When we introduce automated checkout, we will update this policy and let existing customers know before anything changes.
3.Plans and prices
Our current plans and their limits are published on the Pricing page:
- Free — no charge, and it never expires. Includes one workspace, one booking form, one custom form and invoice generation.
- Starter — $9 per month, or $90 per year (two months free). For solo operators.
- Team — $16 per month, or $160 per year (two months free). Removes the caps on forms and contact lists and adds seats, landing pages and newsletter automations.
- Believer — $499 as a single payment for lifetime access to everything in the Team plan. There is nothing to renew.
All prices are shown in US dollars unless we agree otherwise with you in writing. Every feature module is included in every plan — plans differ only by their limits.
4.Payment methods
Because billing is manual, accepted payment methods are set out on the invoice we send you. If you need a specific method to suit your finance process, ask us and we will do our best to accommodate it.
We do not collect or store card numbers on our systems. Never send full card details to us by email.
5.Billing cycles and renewals
Monthly plans cover one month from the date your plan is activated. Annual plans cover twelve months from activation. Lifetime (Believer) is a single payment with no renewal.
Ahead of the end of each paid period, we will contact you with a renewal invoice. Since nothing is charged automatically, your plan only continues once that invoice is paid. If a period lapses without payment, your account moves to the Free plan — see Overdue payments below.
6.Taxes
Prices shown are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Where we are required to charge VAT, GST or another sales tax, it will be itemised on your invoice. You are responsible for any withholding taxes or bank charges applicable in your jurisdiction.
7.Upgrades, downgrades and changes
You can change plans at any time by contacting us. When you upgrade, we will invoice the difference for the remainder of your current period, and your new limits take effect as soon as the upgrade is applied.
When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Your data is never deleted because of a downgrade — but if you exceed the limits of the lower plan, you will not be able to create new items of that type until you are back within them.
8.Overdue payments
If an invoice is not paid by its due date, we will follow up with a reminder. If it remains unpaid, your account will revert to the Free plan.
Reverting to Free does not delete your workspaces or their content. Access to workspaces you own is restricted until a paid plan is reactivated, and you can restore full access at any time by settling the outstanding invoice.
9.Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by telling us you do not wish to renew — no notice period, no cancellation fee. Your plan then continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account moves to the Free plan.
Cancelling does not automatically entitle you to a refund of the current period. See our Refund Policy.
10.Invoices and receipts
We issue an invoice for every payment, and a receipt once it has been paid. If you need specific details on your invoice — a company name, tax number or purchase-order reference — send them to sales@flowpera.com and we will include them.
11.Price changes
We may change our prices. If a change affects you, we will give you reasonable advance notice before your next renewal, and you may cancel rather than accept it instead. A price change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for, and the Believer plan is a one-time payment — once you own it, later price changes do not affect you.
12.Contact us
For anything billing-related — invoices, plan changes, payment methods — email sales@flowpera.com or use our contact page.
