Support tickets
Open a ticket from Help & Support in your dashboard: give it a subject, a category and an urgency, and we reply in the thread. You can edit the details, add a reply, resolve it or close it — and writing back on a resolved ticket reopens it automatically, so nothing you raise gets quietly lost. Every ticket stays in your account, so you can pick a conversation back up months later.

Live chat on every page
A chat widget now sits on the marketing site and throughout the app. Tell it who you are and which team you need — General, Sales, Technical or Billing — and it answers straight away, at any hour. Signed in? It already knows your name and email, so it only asks which team you want. When you'd rather have a person, it hands you over to one.

Answers that admit what they don't know
The chatbot answers from a written knowledge base rather than making things up. When it doesn't have a good answer, it says so and points you at a human instead of guessing — we'd rather be honest than confident.
