Support, around the clock

Getting help shouldn't depend on what time zone you're in. Flowpera now has a support ticket system and a chat widget on every page — so there's always somewhere to ask, at any hour, and a thread that remembers the answer.

Support

  • New

    Support tickets

    Open a ticket from Help & Support in your dashboard: give it a subject, a category and an urgency, and we reply in the thread. You can edit the details, add a reply, resolve it or close it — and writing back on a resolved ticket reopens it automatically, so nothing you raise gets quietly lost. Every ticket stays in your account, so you can pick a conversation back up months later.

    Live chat on every page

    A chat widget now sits on the marketing site and throughout the app. Tell it who you are and which team you need — General, Sales, Technical or Billing — and it answers straight away, at any hour. Signed in? It already knows your name and email, so it only asks which team you want. When you'd rather have a person, it hands you over to one.

    Answers that admit what they don't know

    The chatbot answers from a written knowledge base rather than making things up. When it doesn't have a good answer, it says so and points you at a human instead of guessing — we'd rather be honest than confident.

Invoicing, and twenty-five new templates

Invoicing arrives: brand an invoice once, and Flowpera emails it the moment you create it and chases it the day before it's due. And because starting from a blank page is the slowest part of setting anything up, we wrote the starting points for you — across booking forms, custom forms and invoices.

    Fifteen invoice templates, whitelabelled

    Classic, modern, minimal, bold and receipt, joined by corporate, elegant, compact, statement, sidebar, banded, monochrome, grid, subscription and work order. There's a layout for a boxed VAT/GST invoice, a mono-friendly print, a long itemised job, a recurring bill and a field-service job sheet with a signature line. Pick one, add your logo, business details, accent colour and payment instructions, and preview it live as you type — branding is snapshotted at issue time, so rebranding tomorrow never rewrites what you sent last month.

    Emailed the moment you create it

    The invoice goes straight to your client's inbox on creation. They open a private page at /i/… with no account needed, and save a crisp, selectable PDF in one click.

    Due-date reminders that send themselves

    A daily job emails a polite reminder one day before an invoice is due, skips anything already paid, and marks overdue invoices for you. The subject and message are editable per workspace or per invoice, with zero-edit defaults that suit any business.

    Bring your own Resend account

    Connect your Resend API key and invoices and reminders leave from your verified domain, under your brand. Keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they touch the database, never returned to a browser, and visible only as their last four characters.

    Invoice and settings pages tell you up front when no Resend account is connected, so you find out before a client's invoice goes out from the wrong address — not after.

    New booking forms can now start from a template: Discovery Call, Product Demo, Strategy Consultation, Interview Call or In-person Appointment. Each one arrives with a sensible duration, buffer and notice period, its weekly hours already filled in, and the questions worth asking — all of it editable.
