Refund Policy
A 14-day money-back guarantee, and a straight answer on everything after that.

1.Overview
We want Flowpera to be genuinely useful to you. If it isn't, we'd rather give your money back than keep it. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
Because we currently accept and process billing manually, refunds are also handled manually by our team — see our Billing Policy for how payment works.
2.Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can try Flowpera and collaborate in workspaces you are invited to without ever paying us.
3.14-day money-back guarantee
Your first payment on any paid plan is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you ask for a refund within 14 days of that first payment, we will refund it in full — no justification needed.
This applies to your first payment on the Starter, Team and Believer plans alike. It applies once per customer; it is not available again on subsequent renewals of the same plan.
4.Monthly subscriptions
After the 14-day window, monthly payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not billed again.
We don't issue partial refunds for unused days within a month, and we don't charge you for a renewal you didn't ask for — since nothing renews automatically, an unwanted charge shouldn't happen in the first place. If one does, tell us and we'll put it right.
5.Annual subscriptions
Annual plans are covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment.
After 14 days, if you cancel part-way through an annual term, we will — at our discretion and on request — refund the remaining full unused months of that term, less any discount you received for paying annually. The month in progress is not refunded.
6.Lifetime (Believer) plan
The Believer plan is a one-time payment. It is covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee: ask within 14 days of paying and we will refund it in full.
After 14 days, the Believer plan is non-refundable. It grants lifetime access for as long as Flowpera operates the Service.
7.When we may decline a refund
We may decline a refund request where:
- The 14-day window has passed and the case doesn't fall under the annual policy above
- The account has breached our Terms of Service
- We reasonably believe the request is fraudulent or an abuse of this policy
- The plan was obtained through a promotional or negotiated arrangement that stated it was non-refundable
None of this affects any statutory rights to a refund you may have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where such rights are stronger than this policy, they take precedence.
8.Service problems and outages
If a prolonged fault or outage on our side stops you using Flowpera meaningfully, contact us. We look at these case by case and may offer a credit, a free extension of your term, or a refund — whichever fairly reflects the disruption.
9.How to request a refund
Email sales@flowpera.com, or use our contact page, and include:
- The email address on your Flowpera account
- The invoice number or the date of the payment
- A sentence on why you're asking — helpful for us, but never required within the 14-day window
We aim to reply within one business day and to approve or decline within three. Approved refunds are returned by the same method you paid, and typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
10.What happens after a refund
When a refund is issued, the paid plan ends and your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted — but access to workspaces you own is restricted until you are on a paid plan again, and you will not be able to create new items beyond the Free plan's limits. You can export or return to a paid plan at any time.
11.Chargebacks
Please talk to us before raising a chargeback with your bank — almost every issue is faster to fix directly, and we'd rather sort it out. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until the matter is resolved.
12.Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy. Any change applies to payments made after the updated “last updated” date above; it will not reduce the refund rights attached to a payment you have already made.
