Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Flowpera when you use our platform.
Last updated: July 14, 2026
1.Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Flowpera's website and business operations platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and “you” refers to that organisation.
2.Your account
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us promptly of any unauthorised use
One person or organisation may not maintain multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits.
3.Workspaces, roles and members
The Service is organised into workspaces. Each workspace has exactly one owner, who controls the workspace, its plan and its data, and who may invite members as managers or staff and grant them access module by module.
The workspace owner is responsible for the workspace's content and for the conduct of its members. Limits inside a workspace are governed by the owner's plan. Removing a member revokes their access to that workspace immediately.
4.Your content
You retain all rights to the content you create, upload or collect through the Service (“Your Content”), including your forms, contacts, bookings, tasks and messages. We claim no ownership over it.
You grant us a limited licence to host, store, transmit, display and back up Your Content solely as needed to provide and secure the Service to you. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.
You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the right to collect and process it — including any personal information you gather from your clients through booking pages and forms. See our Privacy Policy.
5.Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone's rights
- Send spam, phishing messages or unsolicited bulk communications
- Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service
- Reverse engineer, scrape or resell the Service without our written permission
- Store or collect sensitive data you are not lawfully permitted to hold
- Harass, abuse or harm others, or publish unlawful or deceptive content
We may investigate and take appropriate action — including removing content and suspending accounts — where we believe these Terms have been breached.
6.Plans, limits and billing
The Service is offered on a free plan and on paid plans. Each plan carries limits — such as the number of workspaces, forms, contact lists, contacts, team members and discussion channels — which are published on our Pricing page.
The free plan is free of charge and does not expire. Paid plans raise those limits and unlock additional capabilities. Limits inside a workspace are governed by the plan of that workspace's owner, not by the plan of the member using it.
We currently accept and process billing manually. How payment, invoicing, renewals and cancellation work is described in our Billing Policy, and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
We may change our prices or plan limits. We will give reasonable advance notice of changes that affect you, and a change will never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
7.Our intellectual property
The Service — including its software, design, branding, logos and documentation — is owned by Flowpera and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. They do not grant you any right to our name, logo or brand assets without our written permission.
8.Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure providers, and you may choose to connect it with other tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
9.Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Deleting a workspace permanently deletes its content.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if your account poses a security or legal risk, or if payment for a paid plan is overdue. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and an opportunity to fix the problem first.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — will survive.
10.Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.
11.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowpera will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Flowpera harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
13.Changes to the Service and these Terms
We are actively developing Flowpera and may add, change or remove features. We may also update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the product or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Flowpera's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
