Sell your products and services, and get paid
Build a catalog, publish a storefront, and take payment through your own Stripe account — on your shop, inside your booking pages and forms, and on every invoice.
- A public storefront with a real cart
- Payments through your own Stripe account
- Paid booking forms and paid form submissions
What you can do with products & payments
Running your business shouldn't mean bolting a separate shop and a separate checkout onto everything else. Flowpera lets you build a product-and-service catalog, put it in front of customers on a public storefront, and collect payment through your own Stripe account — with every sale flowing back into the same orders and invoices you already manage.
A catalog of products and services
Add products or services with a price, description, image and category. Mark items active to show them, or hide one without deleting it — your whole offering lives in one place.
A storefront customers can buy from
Publish a public shop at your own address, brand it with a headline and accent colour, and let visitors add items to a cart and check out in a few taps — no account required.
Your own Stripe, your own money
Connect your Stripe account once. Payments go straight to you, Flowpera never touches the funds, and your keys are encrypted at rest and never shown to your team.
Paid forms and paid bookings
Attach products to a booking form or custom form and pick, per form, between pay-to-confirm — where the slot or submission is held until payment clears — and invoice-to-pay-later.
Every sale becomes an invoice
Each paid order generates a branded invoice automatically, using the same templates and details as the rest of your billing — so your records stay in one system, not two.
Pay any invoice online
Any invoice you send gains a Pay button on its private link, so clients can settle it by card in seconds — and it's marked paid the moment they do.
Up and running in a few steps
- 1
Build your catalog
Add your products and services with prices, descriptions and images, and mark the ones you want to sell as active.
- 2
Connect Stripe
Paste your Stripe keys under API & Integration and add the webhook address Flowpera shows you — that's what lets checkout take real payments.
- 3
Publish or attach
Switch on your storefront to sell directly, and/or attach products to booking forms and custom forms to charge for them.
- 4
Get paid automatically
Customers check out through Stripe, the order is confirmed, a branded invoice is generated, and the money lands in your account.
Selling that shares one system with everything else
Because payments run on the same orders and invoices as the rest of Flowpera, a storefront sale, a paid booking and a paid form submission all look the same in your records — each with a generated invoice, a customer and a clear paid status. Nothing is stranded in a separate shop app you have to reconcile later.
- Storefront, paid forms and paid bookings share one order model
- A branded invoice on every paid order
- Card details handled entirely by Stripe — never stored by Flowpera
Built for the way you work
Coaches & consultants
Charge for a strategy session right on the booking page — the slot is held until payment clears, then confirmed with an invoice, so no-shows and unpaid time disappear.
Makers & small shops
List your products on a storefront, take card payments through your own Stripe, and let each order create its own invoice without any extra tools.
Service businesses
Attach a deposit or package to an intake form, or add a Pay button to invoices you already send, so clients can pay online the moment they're ready.
Questions, answered
Do I need my own Stripe account?
Yes. You connect your own Stripe account, so payments go directly to you. Flowpera never holds your funds — it just creates the checkout and records the order and invoice.
Does Flowpera store my customers' card details?
No. Card entry and processing happen entirely on Stripe's secure checkout. Flowpera only ever sees that an order was paid, not the card itself.
What's the difference between a paid form and the storefront?
The storefront is a public shop for browsing and buying products. A paid form attaches products to a booking page or custom form, so paying is part of booking or submitting — either required up front or invoiced to pay later.
What happens to a booking if the customer doesn't finish paying?
For pay-to-confirm booking forms, the slot is only held briefly during checkout. If payment isn't completed, the hold lapses and the time becomes available to book again automatically.
Can I still send invoices without selling online?
Absolutely. Invoicing works on its own exactly as before. Connecting Stripe simply adds online card payment on top — on invoices, forms and the storefront.
