Lead sources
Three sources feed a contact list, and every contact records which one it came from.
Every confirmed booking (online or manual) can sync into a list.
Every mapped submission becomes a contact.
Add contacts by hand whenever you need to.
Connecting a source
- 1Link a booking form or custom form to a contact list.
- 2Map each field to a contact column, adding columns on the fly for anything that doesn't fit.
- 3Every submission then lands as a contact, deduped by email and tagged with its source, the instant it arrives.
Deduplication
Deduplication is by email address. A submission whose email already exists in the target list updates that contact rather than creating a second copy — so your list stays clean without any manual merging.
Nothing dropped
Full field mapping means the whole submission is saved, not just the name and email. Bookings map their custom questions; custom forms map every field. Where a list has no matching column, you create one during mapping.
Following up
Once a lead is in, work it in the same place as your bookings and forms — move it through the pipeline, add notes and custom fields, and compare lead volume by source on the CRM dashboard to see which channels convert.
