Creating a contact list
- 1Create a named list inside your workspace.
- 2Choose which fields to store from the starter catalog, or add fully custom fields.
- 3Start adding contacts — manually, or by pointing a form or booking at the list.
The field catalog
Pick from a catalog of common fields, or define your own. Custom fields appear on every contact and in your form mappings.
- Name and Email
- Country and Contact Number
- Website, Facebook and LinkedIn URLs
- Lead Source
- Lead / Customer Type
- Current Status
- Custom Note
- Any fully custom field you add
Both form types can create a new list column on the fly during mapping, so you never have to drop a field you collect just because the list didn't have a home for it.
Adding contacts
Add a contact by hand and fill in whichever fields you want.
Confirmed bookings sync into the list when the form is connected.
Form submissions become contacts when the form is mapped to the list.
Every auto-sync dedupes by email — an incoming contact whose email already exists updates that record in place instead of creating a copy.
Working the pipeline
Track where each person sits by setting their status as they progress — from lead through contacted, qualified and customer to lost. Add notes and custom-field values, and open a quick view for full context without leaving the list.
- Set a status on each contact to see who needs attention next.
- Filter and search across a list instantly — by name, email fragment or source.
- Open any contact for a clean summary of details, source and history.
CRM dashboard
The CRM stats page shows the shape of your pipeline at a glance.

Team access
The contacts module is granted per teammate, so everyone works from the same up-to-date lists while seeing only what they've been given.
