Getting started

Getting started

Flowpera is one workspace for your whole operation — bookings, forms, contacts, invoices and your team, all in one place. This guide takes you from a fresh account to a live setup in a few minutes.

Create your account

  1. 1Go to the sign-up page and register with your email and a password.
  2. 2Confirm your email through the link we send you — this activates your account.
  3. 3Sign in. If you ever forget your password, use Forgot password on the login page to receive a reset link.
Note

New accounts start on the Free plan, which includes one workspace and every module. You only upgrade when you need higher limits.

Create a workspace

A workspace is the container for everything you build — its own contacts, forms, invoices, calendar and team. Most businesses need only one; agencies sometimes run several.

  1. 1From your dashboard, create a workspace and give it a name.
  2. 2You become the workspace owner automatically — the one role with full access to everything.
  3. 3Open the workspace to reach its home dashboard and the left-nav sidebar.

Understand the modules

Flowpera is organised into modules. Six of them are access-gated so you can hand teammates exactly what they need:

Booking forms

Public booking pages, availability and a shared calendar.

Custom forms

General-purpose forms that sync submissions into your CRM.

Contacts

Contact lists (your CRM) with custom fields and a pipeline.

Calendar

The month view and manual bookings.

Invoices

Branded invoices, sending and reminders.

Products

A product & service catalog, a public storefront and Stripe payments.

Tasks and Discussions aren't module-gated — they use assignment and channel membership instead — and Support tickets are account-wide, available to anyone signed in.

Invite your team

  1. 1Open the Team area and send an in-app invitation by email address — no email actually leaves the platform.
  2. 2The invitee sees the invitation on their own dashboard and accepts or declines it there.
  3. 3Assign them a role (manager or staff) and grant the specific modules they should reach.
Tip

Grant modules narrowly at first. Staff see nothing in a module until you unlock it, so a new hire never stumbles onto your invoices on day one.

Where to go next

  • Publish your first booking page — see the Booking & Scheduling guide.
  • Build a contact list so forms and bookings have somewhere to land — see the CRM guide.
  • Brand your invoices once, then send them in under a minute — see the Invoicing guide.
