Building your catalog
Products and services live under the Store area. Add as many as you like; each has its own price and can be shown or hidden without being deleted.
Mark an item as a product (a one-off or physical good) or a service (something bookable or recurring).
Set the amount to charge and the currency it's sold in.
Explain what the buyer gets and add an image for the storefront.
Group related items so the storefront stays organised.
Only active items appear on your storefront and can be attached to forms; hide one anytime without losing it.
How many active products you can have depends on your plan. The limit is shown on your usage page and on the Pricing page.
Connecting Stripe
Payments run through your own Stripe account, so money goes straight to you — Flowpera never holds your funds. The workspace owner connects it under Settings → API & Integration.
- 1Paste your Stripe secret key and publishable key into the Stripe card.
- 2Copy the webhook URL Flowpera shows you and add it as an endpoint in your Stripe dashboard, subscribed to the checkout.session.completed event.
- 3Paste the webhook signing secret Stripe gives you back, and save.
Without a connected Stripe account, your storefront and paid forms can be set up but can't take payment. Invoices still send with your written payment instructions until Stripe is connected.
Your Stripe keys are encrypted before storage and never shown back to you or your team — the same protection used for your email key. See the API & Integrations guide.
Publishing your storefront
Your storefront is a public shop page at its own address. Turn it on, brand it, and customers can browse and buy without an account.
- 1Open the Storefront settings and switch the storefront on.
- 2Add a headline, a short intro and your accent colour.
- 3Share the public link — visitors add active products to a cart and check out through Stripe.
Prices are always confirmed on the server at checkout, so a customer can never change what they're charged. After paying, the buyer lands on an order page showing what they bought and a link to their invoice.
Charging on booking and custom forms
Any booking form or custom form can take payment by attaching products to it on the form's Payment tab. Each form chooses one of three modes.
The default — a normal, free form.
The submission or booking succeeds immediately and an invoice is emailed for the attached products, to be paid later.
The visitor must pay through Stripe before the submission or booking is confirmed. A booking's time slot is held during checkout.
For pay-to-confirm booking forms, the slot is only held briefly while the visitor checks out. If they abandon payment, the hold lapses and the time reopens automatically — so a half-finished checkout never locks your calendar.
Orders and invoices
Every purchase — from the storefront, a paid form or a paid booking — creates an order, and every paid order generates a branded invoice automatically using your invoice settings.
- The invoice matches the order exactly, so your records never disagree with what Stripe charged.
- A storefront sale, a paid booking and a paid form submission all appear the same way — one order model, one invoice each.
- Any invoice you send also gains a Pay button on its private link, so clients can pay it online by card and it's marked paid automatically.
